April 15th

I spent overnight walking these ramps – it’s somehow cathartic, inhabiting space that’s not meant for occupation.

On maybe my 12th lap around the station, on my way up the stairs, I spot something on the tiny courtyard in the center: ‘alles ist so monoton :(‘

I guess they’re kind of right. Life is boring.

I’m still thinking about this when I end up at this door – gray. I think someone recognized how boring this is and spray painted the words ‘KUNG FU’.

I want to believe it's dull demeanor is hiding something. What if the thing we’ve been looking for has been here the whole time? Can closed, boring doors be something unbelievably exciting?

I open my bag, and I find my Tefillin. Inside of these boxes are secrets, hidden by a boring exterior. I think the door and these boxes would be friends.

I guess I’m not sure anyone would want to know what’s inside the boxes. I don’t really want to find out that this door is indeed some boring cable storage.
